Sensity B.V., uses AI technologies to detect and monitor deepfakes and other visual threat and shall process certain personal information of specific data subjects. Sensity will process such personal information in accordance with the applicable law, including the General Data Protection Regulation.

By means of this privacy statement Sensity wishes to inform you in the capacity as a user of our platform and/or as a public figure about the processing of your personal information as part of its course of business.

In general, Sensity will not process more data than what is necessary in relation to the purpose for which these data are processed, and will not store such data any longer than necessary, unless such is required for e.g. statistical purposes.

Your rights

In addition hereto, if the processing is based on your consent, you may at any time withdraw your consent. The withdrawal of such consent shall however not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

In any event, Sensity shall provide the information on action taken on your request for exercising the above rights without undue delay and ultimately within one month of receipt of such request. Said period may be extended by two further months where necessary, taking into the account the complexity and number of requests received. You will be duly informed on such extension within one month of receipt of the request.

Please note that Sensity is entitled to request additional information to identify you and may refuse to act on your request for exercising the above rights if Sensity is not able to make such identification.
